Initiating Returns:

Conditions for Returns:

  • All items must be unused, undamaged, and with original tags attached.
  • Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging. Accessories and bags should be packed flat or in their original form.
  • Returns are not possible for products that are our brand but purchased from a third-party seller.

Refund Options:

  • Returns conforming to our policies are eligible for:
  • Refund to the original method of payment, Store credit, or Exchange for another item.
  • We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Exceptions:

  • Clearance, Final Sale items, and Personalized letters are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid for the products, excluding any shipping fees.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Order's

  • Payments made with Cash on Delivery (COD) option will receive a coupon code worth the same amount as the product value. No refunds are provided for COD orders.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5 working days from the delivery date for returns to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
